Shipping origin

Our flags are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner in China to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping destinations

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your country is not available, please contact info@flagshop24.com before placing an order.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please review the final order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, before completing your purchase.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times. Any separate processing time stated on the product page also applies.

Order tracking

When tracking information becomes available, we will provide it using the contact details supplied with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If you need to correct an address, contact info@flagshop24.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs checks and import charges. Any duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact info@flagshop24.com with your order number. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner or carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@flagshop24.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.
