FALCON Flagshop24 — Privacy Policy

FALCON Flagshop24 is an internal business tool operated by Flagshop24 (Fernando Galante), Salta, Argentina. This notice covers its connection to Meta for preparing and managing Flagshop24 advertisements. It is separate from the privacy policy for purchases and visits to our online store. Information used by the Meta connection
When an authorized operator connects Meta, FALCON uses the access token and granted permissions, identifiers and names of accessible advertising accounts and Facebook Pages, linked Instagram business account identifiers and usernames, and accessible pixel or dataset identifiers. Account information can include currency, time zone and account status.
Advertising projects contain selected product images, titles, descriptions, product links, targeting settings, budgets, schedules and the identifiers and status of advertising objects created through Meta. Local records may contain API error messages and request reference identifiers used to diagnose failures. If you contact us, we also use the contact details and information you provide to answer your request.
Purpose and sharing
We use this information to confirm authorized access, select the correct business assets, prepare and submit advertisements, resume interrupted uploads without duplicating confirmed objects, and resolve operational problems. The selected advertising content and configuration are transmitted to Meta through its API. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell data obtained through this Meta connection.
This connection does not request private messages, friend lists or customer payment details. Store purchases, website tracking and the separate Shopify and eBay integrations are outside the scope of this notice.
Storage and security
FALCON saves advertising projects and operational records on the computer where it runs. When the operator chooses to remember the token on Windows, it is stored using encryption tied to that Windows user. A token supplied only for the session is used by the running application. Project folders placed in a synchronized location, such as OneDrive, may also be copied by that service according to the operator's settings.
Access is limited to authorized operators. Tokens must not be shared in screenshots, public documents or support messages. Records are retained while needed to operate and reconcile advertising projects. Disconnecting Meta does not automatically erase previously saved projects, logs or backups.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke the app's access through Meta and request access, correction or deletion of data under our control by emailing info@flagshop24.com. See our FALCON data deletion instructions. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your account or an asset you are authorized to manage. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
After verification, we will address the request and explain any limited information that must be retained, why it is needed and any applicable restriction. Copies controlled independently by Meta are subject to Meta's own controls and retention practices.
