FALCON Flagshop24 — Terms of Use

FALCON Flagshop24 is an internal business tool operated by Flagshop24 (Fernando Galante), Salta, Argentina. These terms apply to its Meta advertising connection. They do not replace the terms applicable to purchases from the Flagshop24 store.

Authorized use

The tool is intended for Flagshop24 and its authorized operators. An operator must have permission to use each advertising account, Page, Instagram business account, pixel, image and product listing selected in the application. Credentials must be kept confidential and access must not be shared with unauthorized people.

Advertising review and expenditure

The operator must review the advertising images, copy, product destinations, targeting, budget and schedule before uploading. The current FALCON carousel workflow creates advertising objects in a paused state. Activation is a separate action in Meta. Once an advertisement is activated, Meta's billing and delivery rules apply to the advertising account.

Meta may reject content, require account or business verification, impose API limits, or change available features. FALCON does not guarantee advertisement approval, uninterrupted availability or sales results.

Third-party services and content

Use of Meta, Shopify and other connected services is subject to their respective terms. Operators are responsible for having the necessary rights and authorizations for the content they submit and for respecting applicable platform policies.

Privacy, access and support

Read our privacy policy and data deletion instructions. Access to the tool may be discontinued when no longer authorized. Stopping use of FALCON does not automatically stop campaigns already activated in Meta.
