FALCON Flagshop24 — Data Deletion Instructions

FALCON Flagshop24 — Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: September 24, 2026.

These instructions concern data processed by FALCON Flagshop24's Meta advertising connection, operated by Flagshop24 (Fernando Galante), Salta, Argentina.

Request deletion

  1. Email info@flagshop24.com with the subject FALCON data deletion request.
  2. Identify the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram business account or advertising account by name or ID, and explain which data you want removed. Include an email address where we can respond.
  3. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity or authority over the relevant asset. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or payment details.
  4. After verification, we will remove the relevant information from working records and copies under our control, or explain any specific information that must be retained and the reason. We will confirm the outcome by email. You can use the same email thread to ask about progress.

Stop future access

You can also remove FALCON Flagshop24 or revoke its permissions in the app or business integration settings of your Meta account. In the desktop application, the Olvidar token control removes the saved credential from that installation. Removing a saved token does not itself revoke the authorization at Meta, and revoking authorization does not automatically delete local project files or backups.

What deletion covers

A request can cover the relevant local asset identifiers, account or Page metadata, advertising project records and diagnostic information held by FALCON. If a project folder has synchronized copies or backups, those copies must also be addressed by the operator or service controlling them.

Deleting data from FALCON does not automatically delete advertisements, campaigns or other records already held by Meta. An authorized account administrator can manage those objects in Meta, and Meta controls its own retention of platform records. If you also want an advertising campaign stopped, explicitly identify that campaign in your request.

We respond without undue delay and in accordance with applicable requirements. For more information, read the FALCON privacy policy.
